• 26.84 sq metres @ £400 per month – this fabulous space with two large windows would make a fantastic single studio or could be shared by two or three artists/craftspeople. (There may also be the possibility of separating this into two independent rooms @ £220 each per month.)

We also have an additional large room (25.27 sq m) available to rent by the half day for workshops, meetings etc. POA.

Rents are inclusive tho’ there is an additional small winter fuel charge of £3 per week during Oct-April.
