I am a designer and maker of architectural stained glass - pieces commissioned for a specific setting in a building.  I work in the traditional method, using hand made glass in many beautiful colours, its irregular quality adds texture and movement.  The glass is cut to the shapes of my design and can be etched, stained and painted before it is then assembled in lead, to form panels.  I also use contemporary techniques such as layering and kiln-forming for more sculptural pieces. 

My designs are abstract and expressive, inspired by light effects in the sky or on water and by forms in the landscape.
