Free photography skills workshops for under 25s and over 50s as part of the Somerset Art Works Intergenerational Project - Making Matters.
Workshops led by Somerset Artist Rick Crane.
A showcase of the work created will be displayed at the Octagon Theatre Yeovil during Somerset Art Weeks
This will give those that have very basic knowledge an opportunity to develop their photography skills further.
The days programme will be:
A full morning of training and then an afternoon of putting the training into practice, capturing the very essence of Somerset Rural Youth Project, Photographers will be offered a couple of keywords that define the work of Somerset Rural Youth Project to help inspire the photographers creativity. (for those that have knowledge,confidence and experience of photography techniques, looking to take their skills to another level)
To bring on the day:
1 x packed lunch and drinks.
1 x digital camera (essential)
(minimum of aprox 10 megapixels)
1 x tripod (not essential)
