On Friday 14 October 2011, SAW held a day seminar titled
Making Matters: Making Places

Growing from our experience as part of the cross-sector Company of Voices intergenerational project, SAW invited national speakers to explore and discuss the role of arts practice in community engagement work.  The seminar was for project workers, artists, the voluntary sector, commissioners, representatives from the communities in Langport and other places. The seminar offered a mix of keynote presentations, breakouts, activities and open forum discussion.
