New SAW Board Members

Welcome to our new SAW Board Members, Richard Pomeroy and Bronwen Gwillam.

Richard Pomeroy
'As a practicing artist I feel I have crucial experience to pass on to the board.  I also have a background in the curatorial and commercial gallery aspects of the art world that I hope the board would find useful.  I’m also a firm believer that SAW has a great deal to offer artists in Somerset and potential to achieve more.'

Bronwen Gwillam
'I am a practicing artist based in Wiveliscombe, Somerset.  I work on a freelance basis on a range of arts, health, education  and public art projects in Somerset and the South West.
I have known and supported the work of Somerset Art Works for over 12 years and feel that the organisation is currently responding to new opportunities and developing in exciting new ways.  The visual arts in Somerset are in need of a major boost and SAW is positioning itself in order to contribute significantly to addressing this need.  I feel that I would like to offer my time and support to SAW at this crucial time
