Moved to Turkey, where I spent ten years learning to speak and write Turkish fluently, absorbing Turkish art and culture and concentrating on drawing in my spare time. 20 years ago I bought a flat on the southern shores of the Sea of Marmara, in northern Turkey, where I initially spent three months of the year - travelling all over the country to paint and draw. In recent years ,I have exhibited in Turkey and in the southwest of England.
