JULY: Guide & Road Sign Delivery
You should have all received your Art Weeks guides and posters, please remember to start distributing them straight away. If you need more please contact the SAW office.

AUGUST
We will send you the Visitor Feedback Forms and flyers in late August.

Early September

Art Weeks Launch - Friday 04 September. This public event will take place in Langport Town Hall and gardens between 4.30 and 8pm

JUNE until SEPT: Marketing and Publicity

The SAW office has already sent press releases and submitted advertising to various printed and online media about Art Weeks 09. However, do carry out your own marketing activities to increase visitors to your venue and to help the overall marketing and press campaign for Art Weeks 09.

What you can do to help our press campaign:
• Make contact with local press, community and parish magazines. Send them 1 or 2 press releases about your exhibition and event.
• Send copies of any publicity to the SAW office so we can forward your stories to regional and national press.
• Send us high quality images you may have about your exhibition and event. There are always opportunities for good quality images to be used on front covers and feature stories to be used by our press partners.
• Please always mention in any press release that you are participating in Somerset Art Weeks.
• A press release template has been sent to you by post with the Guide Proof
• SAW09 Logo can be downloaded at the bottom in this page.

What you can do to help our marketing campaign:
• Liaise with your neighbouring participants to produce a local map, leaflet and flyers.
• Please distribute forward flyers, guides and posters both locally and to your personal mailing/contact list across the globe.
