Marilyn's garden studio at the foot of the Quantock Hills is a working studio from which she produces paintings in oils, watercolour/pastels and charcoals of the surrounding landscapes.

Although her paintings are primarily inspired by the Somerset countryside, she occasionally ventures into the Scottish Highlands, Alpine scenery and the Cornish coast.

As well as painting she produces line drawings for brochure illustration and holds classes for aspiring artists of all abilities.  She especially enjoys introducing beginners to the great adventure of painting.
