Painted panels are fixed to hoardings either side of the entrance to the New Horizons site and conform to an established grid of coloured squares which reflect the sea theme chosen for the arts strategy for the hospital.  The panels, each two feet square, which contribute to the large scale artwork are created through a partnership of artists, teachers and students from the West Somerset Community College.  The unifying grid structure accommodates a variety of individual outcomes whilst following the idea of the tide's ebb and flow and allows for change and rotation during the duration of the project.
