Four artists explore the connotations and nuances of light and shade, from mysterious darkness to radiant luminosity.  This theme is interpreted in landscape, figurative and abstract works, using printmaking, painting, drawing and ceramic sculpture.  Colour is utilised for intriguing and dynamic pieces, and monochrome to emphasize form and texture.
