52 Coming from a background in graphic and textile design, Jan now paints full time and her recent work has focused mainly on the Somerset countryside. Her passion with re-cycling has led her into using off-cuts and and bits of discarded paintings to recreate lively images of the local landscape. Her work is now evolving towards semi-abstraction and only time will tell where it will be in September 2008.
